Had a friend attending Joefest pick up a hardcover and have it signed by the author. Although it took me a bit to find time to read this, was very  happy when I did.  Overall thoughts, it was a great introduction to whom Marauder Task Force is, with lots of moving parts and new characters to take in. Envisioning what they may look like was helped along by postings about the "recipe" to make them from MTF parts, and that is cool. Can't wait to see more in a series of their battle with the newly introduced villain group Wrath, and can't wait to see what might be cooked up figure wise by MJ!  Well worth a purchase and read for military fiction fans!

What a great book! Tons of action! A huge cast of characters, not a one boring! Great story telling! I will be follow more of Bills work in the future, as well as hoping this is the first in a long series for him and Marauder! Get this book, you will enjoy it!

A fun read that brings these figures to life. I would've liked some pictures of the characters (as there are a lot), if not only to keep them straight, but also to know what parts we need to buy to add them to our collections. I suspect a lot of readers will suddenly want to add an Owen Reid to their next order. So kick back, relax, and enjoy picturing your MTF figures complete daring missions and saving the world.

Thoroughly enjoyed the novel.  Great actions and characters.  I especially liked how seemingly unimportant bits of information or statements all came to a head in the final act.  

I highly encourage anyone to pick it up - you won't regret it.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book and all the interesting characters in it. I look forward to more.
On a side note, I hope Marauder creates kits for these awesome characters.
